1、 Basic Attributes and Craftsmanship

Immersion welding mesh is made of low-carbon steel wire or galvanized steel wire as the base material. After welding the steel wire into a mesh through automated welding equipment, it is then subjected to immersion treatment. The dipping process is to immerse the welded mesh into molten plastic powder, so that a layer of plastic coating is evenly attached to the surface of the mesh. After cooling and solidification, a protective mesh product is formed. This process tightly combines plastic with steel wire to form a stable overall structure, providing excellent protection for the steel wire.

2、 Product Features

Good anti-corrosion performance (based on actual reports): The plastic coating on the surface can isolate air, moisture, and other corrosive substances from contact with the steel wire, reducing the possibility of steel wire corrosion. It is suitable for various environments, including humid or slightly corrosive places.

Smooth surface: After immersion molding, the mesh surface is relatively smooth, without burrs, and is not easy to scratch objects or personnel during use. It is friendly to scenes that require contact, such as in breeding fences, which can reduce accidental injuries to animals.

3、 Common specifications

Wire diameter: The wire diameter of the substrate is usually between 0.6mm-4mm. After immersion molding, the overall diameter will increase, and the specific strength requirements can be selected according to the usage scenario. Products with smaller wire diameters are suitable for situations that require weight and flexibility, while thicker wire diameters are suitable for scenarios that require higher load-bearing capacity.

Mesh size: The mesh size range is wide, ranging from 0.5cm × 0.5cm to 15cm × 15cm. Small mesh holes are suitable for excellent protection or filtration, while large mesh holes are often used for ventilation, isolation, and other situations that require high permeability.

Size specifications: The width of the mesh is generally 0.9m-2.5m, and the length is 10m-50m. It can also be customized according to customer needs to adapt to different installation spaces and coverage areas.

The thickness of the immersion layer is usually between 0.1mm-0.5mm, and the appropriate thickness can be selected according to the degree of corrosion in the usage environment. A thicker immersion layer can provide long-term protection.

Breeding industry:

Can be used as a fence net for poultry and livestock, such as chicken coops, rabbit cages, sheep pens, etc. Its smooth surface can reduce friction damage to animals, and its anti-corrosion performance (based on actual reports) can adapt to the humid environment of farms. The mesh size can be adjusted according to the type of animal to prevent young cubs from escaping or large animals from entering.

5、 Precautions for use

Avoid sharp objects from scratching the immersion layer. Once the coating is damaged, it should be repaired in a timely manner to prevent the substrate steel wire from rusting when exposed to air.

During installation, excessive pulling or twisting of the mesh should be avoided to prevent the dipping layer from falling off or the mesh from deforming, which may affect the effectiveness and lifespan of use.

After long-term use, if aging or cracking of the immersion layer is found, it should be replaced in a timely manner according to the actual situation to protect the protective performance.
